BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING
November 7, 2008
The meeting was called to order by President, Steve Ballentine at 5:35 pm.
The following members were present and constituted a quorum: Barry Bynum, Mary Bynum, Bob Brantley, Michele Jenkins, Cathy Ballentine, Doug Gaddis, Doug Bennink, and Jane Simmons.
Board members not in attendance: Steve Cothran, Rick Cunningham, Sharon Bieber and Fred Bieber.
Staff present: Nancy Shultz
Meeting was held to discuss submitting a bid to host the 2009 National President’s Cup.
Bob made a motion to
allocate up to $3000 to host the 2009 National President’s Cup in conjunction
with

Michele made a motion
to adjourn. Bob seconded the motion.

The meeting adjourned at 5:45 pm.
