The South Carolina Youth Soccer Board of Directors and Executive Director have tasked me with establishing a new standard of excellence in  coaching education, player development and club development for our state of South Carolina. Attached you will find a document that will outline some of the new policies and procedures for coaching education. We ask that you look at these new policies and procedures and pass them along to your coaches. The attached information will also be posted online on the SCYS website for all to review.
