U.S. Youth Soccer Continuing Education
Whenever two or more people work together in some activity of common interest or benefit, working together as a team will be rewarding and productive. Great teams have joint team goals that are clearly communicated and understood. Each team member knows his role and wants to get better at what he does. A great team approaches problems as a team and all members are asked to help identify the problems and offer their ideas and opinions on the solutions to the problems.

As a part of our continuing efforts to provide quality service to our members and coaches, SCYSA and US Soccer have made the "D" License and "E" Certificate Candidate Manuals available at www.ussoccer.com free of charge. Both manuals can be found in the Coaches section at www.ussoccer.com.

The "D" License and "E" Certificate candidate manuals provide instruction and guidelines for coaches on topics such as Coaching Methods, Team Management and Administration, Tactics and Care and Prevention of Injuries, among other areas of coaching.
