Prior to coming to South Carolina, Silviu served as assistant coach at Manhattanville College - men’s soccer team and co-director of coaching at Soccer at It Best Academy in Brooklyn, NY. Silviu is a UEFA licensed coach and holds the West Ham Utd. Academy coaching diploma.

Andre Monteiro - "Monty" is a Brazilian Professional 'A' License Coach, with 17 years of professional Soccer, FutSal and Indoor experience in Brazil, Portugal, Germany, and in the USA. Holds a Masters degree in Sports Management and a Professional Soccer Management license from University of Sao Paulo.
