We have produced a limited set of hard-copies of this administrative manual. This Administrative Manual is available for download in parts, or its entirety, on our SC Youth Soccer website: www.scysa.org.
Please note that the SC Youth Soccer website will be our principal source of information for soccer. It will also be our primary means to keep our members informed with the latest information. In addition to our website, the State Office will keep all our membership informed via e-blasts about any news concerning our activities.
My personal gratitude is extended to our SC Youth Soccer Staff and Board of Directors for their work to edit and complete this new SC Youth Soccer Administrative Manual for the 2012-2013 seasonal year.
