Welcome to the 2010-2011 SC Youth Soccer Administrative Manual. This manual was created by SC Youth Soccer with the intent to disseminate our policies, procedures, and other useful information to our Clubs / Leagues and their administrative and coaching staffs.
I encourage you to review the pages of this manual where you will find everything necessary to operate effectively within the guidelines of SC Youth Soccer. Risk Management to Registration, Travel Procedures, State Cup, State League Rules and much more, are all contained within this manual to make you more effective when managing your team or administering for your Club or League.
This Administrative Manual is produced in limited quantities, in an effort to be more cost effective. However, the 2010-2011 SC Youth Soccer Administrative Manual is also available in its entirety on the SC Youth Soccer web site.
SC Youth Soccer will continue to utilize our web site as the principal source of information and primary means of communication to educate and inform our membership. Most, if not all, SC Youth Soccer information is contained within the pages of our web site along with breaking news and current advisories. I encourage everyone to visit to our web site regularly to stay current on the latest events and happenings of SC Youth Soccer.
