The longest-standing player development program in the country.
Structure
Player referrals directly from the club membership (no traditional tryout).
Local technical training for the district player pools (limit extensive travel).
Centralized tactical training for statewide pool (bring every player together).
Players only pay for the training sessions for which they register (pay as you go).
Make an effort to offer three sub-regional event opportunities (identification beyond SC).
