The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

At TOPSoccer no reservations or soccer experience required, just come ready to have fun.

There never is any charge to participate or equipment to buy.

TOPSoccer is for athletes (Players) with special needs and volunteers (Buddies) to assist them.  Buddies do not need to be experienced soccer players.  They only need a desire to help others.

We only ask Athletes/Players to complete a registration form available at

http://www.carolinaelitesc.com/TOPSoccer/index_E.html or at the check-in table and bring the form to check in.

For Volunteers/Buddies we only ask that you sign in when you come to help.

What is US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer?

US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-19, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US YOUTH SOCCER family. Click HERE for more information on Top Soccer.
